Joining Staff Assure as a therapistWe welcome applications from qualified and experienced CBT counsellors, psychotherapists and psychologists.
All therapists who hold relevant qualifications and experience and must demonstrate commitment to effective and ethical short-term counselling. <Criteria to join Staff Assure's register of approved therapists:- You must hold a recognised qualification in CBT counselling/ counselling or clinical psychology/ psychotherapy (minimum Post Grad Diploma level).
- You must have a minimum of 200 hours of supervised counselling practice, and at least 2 years post-qualification experience.
- You must be a member of an appropriate professional organisation such as BACP, BABCP, BPS etc.
- You must hold full professional indemnity insurance.
- You must be able to demonstrate appropriate ongoing professional development.
- You must agree to undergo standard police vetting procedures
- You must not have had a professional complaint against you upheld
- You agree to work to STAFF ASSURE Ltd’s established protocols and guidelines.
