More than 50 employeesWe guarantee to return an agreed monetary amount for any counselling sessions unused in a contract year. On the other hand, you may wish to carry these sessions forward in order to build up to a reserve against future need for the service.
In simple terms, your premium will be determined by your own profile and historical utilisation.
A full Employee Support Programme where each employee has a 24 hour, 365 days unlimited access to a telephone based support and advice line.
This service is confidential and is answered by a team of skilled specialists, who work to a professional code of conduct. Only in extreme circumstances would confidentiality be broken, for example, threat of life. These skilled specialists and therapists can provide support on a range of personal difficulties.
In addition, each employee is entitled to a maximum of 6 face to face counselling sessions, where clinically appropriate (if more are needed this will be discussed with you).
A set rate per employee will be agreed at the outset and premiums are paid annually in advance before the commencement date or renewal date.
A quarterly management report will be issued to show anonymous statistical data about the usage of the service. The statistics will never breach individual confidentiality either directly or by implication.  NB: Any unused counselling sessions may be used for employees who require more lengthy counselling in order to improve life quality and productivity
