Less than 50 employeesA full Employee Support Programme where each employee has a 24 hour, 365 days unlimited access to a telephone based support and advice line. This service is confidential and is answered by a team of skilled specialists, who work to a professional code of conduct.
In addition, each employee is entitled to an initial 6 face to face counselling sessions, where clinically appropriate. If more are needed this will be discussed with you.
A set rate per employee will be agreed at the outset and premiums must be paid annually in advance before the commencement date or renewal date.
A quarterly management report will be issued to show anonymous statistical data about the usage of the service. The statistics will never breach individual confidentiality either directly or by implication. NB: Any unused counselling sessions may be used for employees who require more lengthy counselling in order to improve life quality and productivity
